Event Accommodations

Accommodations for TT-West 2010 will be at four (4) separate locations for the week-long event. All attendees are on-their-own to reserve and secure their accommodations for the event unless attendees opt to secure accommodations at Zion Lodge and/or Bryce Canyon Lodge at the time of Event Registration.

IMPORTANT NOTE! This is the "high" travel season in southern Utah and accommodations are already scarce! Therefore, due to limited reserved room block sizes and/or the limited availability of accommodations, we highly recommend that you register early and make your necessary reservations as soon as possible as we make no guarantee for your accommodations. If you are unable to secure accommodations at the preferred hotels or lodges, please see the links below for additional lodging options.

Monday October 11, 2010 (one night)

To make your reservations, please call the Luxor Hotel and Casino at 800-288-1000 and mention our room block TTWEST. Group room rates start at $51 per night plus applicable taxes. If you intend to arrive on Sunday October 10, 2010, the hotel will honor a group rate for that night starting at $56 per night plus applicable taxes.

NOTE: Room block will be released on Friday September 10, 2010.

Tuesday October 12, 2010 (one night)

To secure a room at the Zion Lodge under the TT-West room block, you must become a registered TT-West 2010 attendee and select the option on the Event Registration Form.

You may also contact the lodge directly to inquire as to other available accommodations that they may have, but please note that you will be unable to reserve a room under the TT-West room block directly with them.

NOTE: Room block will be released on Friday September 10, 2010.

Wednesday October 13, 2010 (one night)

To secure a room at the Zion Lodge under the TT-West room block, you must become a registered TT-West 2010 attendee and select the option on the Event Registration Form.

Thursday October 14 and Friday October 15, 2010 (two nights)

To make reservations for the above dates, please call the Best Western Greenwell Inn at 435-259-6151 Monday through Friday between 7am to 3pm MT and ask to speak with Marisa regarding the TT-West party. Group room rates start at $149 per night plus 12.35% tax (subject to change without notice).

Each calling guest must guarantee the room with a valid credit card. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Guest must call the hotel directly to cancel. Valid cancellations will receive a cancellation number from the hotel. A no-show reservation will be billed at the contracted rate plus tax. A reservation is deemed a no-show if cancellation was made within 48 hours prior to arrival date, and/or the guest(s) on the reservation(s) does not arrive on the scheduled day of arrival.
