All registration payments will be through Paypal. However, if you prefer to send a check, please make the check out to "TT-West" for the total amount due (including hats and shirts) and mail to:

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be sent via e-mail to cancel@tt-west.org

1. Pre-Event Registration Cancellations — Cancellation requests for fully paid pre-registrations received prior to Friday April 18, 2008 12:00 midnight PDT will be refunded all money. Cancellation requests for fully paid pre-registrations received after Friday April 18, 2008 12:00 midnight PDT will be refunded all money minus a $25.00 per person administrative fee. PRE-REGISTRATIONS NOT PAID IN FULL BY THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON FRIDAY, APRIL 18, 2008 WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELED AND YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE RELEASED UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH TT-WEST.


2. Event Registration Cancellations — Cancellation requests for fully paid registrations received prior to Friday August 29, 2008 12:00 midnight PDT will be refunded all money minus a $25.00 per person administrative fee. Cancellation requests for fully paid registrations received after Friday August 29, 2008 12:00 midnight PDT will forfeit the full cost of registration per person. REGISTRATIONS NOT PAID IN FULL BY THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 29, 2008 WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELED UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH TT-WEST.

About TT-West

TT-West is a not-for-profit all volunteer organization. Any and all proceeds realized from event registration will be put toward the funding of TT-West 2008. The volunteer organizers of TT-West work with our vendors, sponsors and/or suppliers to assure that all event costs are reasonable and reflect the actual amounts that it will take to make this event successful. If TT-West 2008 is left with any excess and/or unutilized funds, TT-West organizers reserve the right to donate said funds on behalf of TT-West 2008 to the charities and/or organizations of their choice.
