TT-West 2008 accommodations will be held at three hotel locations over the course of the week-long event. Please reference the appropriate hotel information below.

Salt Lake City, UT and Jackson, WY

Information concerning hotel room reservations for Salt Lake City, UT (Monday, September 22, 2008) and Jackson, WY (Tuesday, September 23, 2008) will be emailed directly to pre-registered attendees. Please email info@tt-west.org if you are a pre-registered attendee and require this information.

Yellowstone National Park: Old Faithful Inn

The rustic-style lodge, with log and wood shingle exterior is located adjacent to the world famous Old Faithful Geyser. The original part of the Inn, known as the "Old House" was completed in 1904 and includes an immense lobby with a huge stone fireplace.

The East and West Wings were added in the teens and the twenties, with many rooms having been remodeled in recent years. Guest accommodations include rooms with and without baths. Additionally, a full service restaurant, deli, gift store and interpretive tours are available at the Inn.

Please note that all park accommodations are non-smoking and reflecting the natural surroundings of Yellowstone; televisions, radios, air conditioning, and Internet hook-ups are not available. Wheelchair accessible accommodations are available on a limited basis

All Yellowstone National Park lodges, including the Old Faithful Inn, are managed by Xanterra Parks and Resorts and are subject to the rules, rates and regulations as put forth by the National Park Service.

Room Deposits/Reservations — Please call the Leisure Groups Office at 307-344-5437 Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Mountain time to make a reservation. Make sure to mention the group FRAUDI - September 24, 2008 to get the TT-West 2008 room block. You may get voice mail if the phone is in use, so please leave a message with the best time to reach you along with your phone number and your call will be returned. Rooms are guaranteed for an individual by receipt of a deposit for the first night lodging. A credit card deposit must be received at least 90 days prior to arrival in order to secure a room. Individuals have until Tuesday, June 24, 2008 to make their reservation with a credit card deposit upon which the room block will be released. Individuals requesting reservations after this release date will be booked on a space available basis from general inventory.

Room Cancellations — Rooms cancelled are fully refundable if cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival. All cancellations must be received in writing. If the guest cancels their room reservation 30 days or less prior to arrival, the customer will forfeit the deposit for the reservation.

Room Rates* — The TT-West 2008 group rates at the Old Faithful Inn vary based on room type as follows. Rate is per night per 2 adults in room. Bath towels and bed linens are provided. All rooms and facilities within Yellowstone National Park are non-smoking.

*IMPORTANT NOTE — The National Park Service will not set the confirmed room rates for the 2008 season until the end of March 2008. However, you can make your reservations now and the rate will be adjusted upon check-in if there is a difference when the rates have been confirmed.
